August Mahi Raakau Zoom

Join Atarangi

Mahi raakau is about self-care and self-healing join Atarangi as takes you through techniques in self-healing.

We're in A Time of Great Release. That means to release the need to maintain an ego, a persona, a way of life, the self, more.

Mahi Raakaau is a monthly series that offers effective, common sense healing and guidance to expand your resourcefulness for you. Some information may repeat and give you an opportunity to go deeper. Other information will be new. Each session has its own energy and being. It may be that you string several together before developing a routine that works for you at this time.

Working the body is not a practice, it is a need, even when painful. But you can do this with ease and take care of yourself. Use of the Raakaau, in all her ways and means, is a tool to help you discover the places and parts of the body that are challenged. Yes, it can make one sore, it can make you cry, it can make you feel. But always it will move you to some level of understanding and knowing of yourself, that you may have forgotten, or thought you lacked.

You know we are perfect. In whatever shape or form we are now. No. Just acceptance.

And with this comes the Gathering of our Rightful Families. Not necessarily the ones of the same bloodline, but the ones of the spiritual family, that grow us, love us, know us, connect us.

Sending love and good vibrations to each and all,
Atarangi

Time Frame: 2 hours

Cost: $36USD

Mahi Raakaau - ease the mind, release the body, open the heart

DescriptionINDIVIDUALITY is an interesting phase in our lives because it means we are reliant on Me / Myself / I.

Decisions we make regarding our betterment, health, wellbeing, love, partnerships, relationships, children, creativity, dreams, birth, death, and all else in between, will have an impact. And impact it must, because that is the balance of life and all the other coincidences that come along either grow or belittle it. One's life that is.

With COVID upon us, people are struggling with what is happening. And understandably so. The BELIEF is that we have lost control of our lives, that our lives are being managed, staged, overrun by the wants and needs of others.

While this may be so, we still have a choice and free will. This is power! Our power.

We can pull in the reins and turn the head of the beast in the direction we want. We just have to remember that we can do such a thing.

For too long we have had patterns that have conditioned us from in vitro right to adulthood. Is that considered hereditary? Maybe, maybe not. At times these patterns/events have followed us from one life to the next life, and the next, and the next.

How do we overcome this? By exploring the depths of who you are!

Why you are doing what you do? How you can change this and make a difference!

That means exploring our shadows, our wrongs to self and others, not in an analytical unforgiving way, but in a way that, had you known other avenues to take, what would that look like for you now.

To discover the self, the authentic self, wow what would that bring.

Use of the Raakaau, in all her ways and means, is a tool to help you discover the places and parts of the body that are challenged. Yes, it can make one nauseous, it can make one sore, it can make you cry, it can make you feel. But always it will move you to some level of understanding and knowing of yourself, that you may have forgotten, or thought you lacked.

Mahi Raakau Last Zoom for the year

Teaching Mahi Raakaau

Teaching Mahi Raakaau

As of recent times, a great number of emails I receive are from people who are faced with emotional upheavals where they lack good resources to help them deal with;
- anxiety
- loneliness
- hopelessness
- depression
- anger
- fear
The mind, the body, the soul, the spirit, the thinking, the thoughts, our waters, they all need a good shakeup, with simple techniques and can help NOW.
This is where the Raakaau work comes into its own, as it will ease the mind, release the body, open the heart, generate goodwill for the self and this seeps out to others.

We are in unprecedented times. It is unusual and separates us. Our natural knowing is to gather, to share, to open up, hug each other, and apply love and support. While we are not able to do that physically, we can do something to help ourselves.
Mahi Raakaau is a tool I know of that helps and makes a difference immediately. I experience that time and again when I teach either groups or privately and I want to share it with those needing help now.
