Mirimiri (to stimulate), Romiromi (to agitate), Takahia te Tinana (tramping the body), Mahi aa Pona (joint stimulation) and Rongoaa Maori (medicinal teachings) are some of the teachings we will cover.   How does one smell healing, taste healing, feel healing, hear healing, see healing, be healing, give healing.  Access to the wisdom of our Kaumatua and Kuia – Elders, is available during the teachings, or to sit with and listen to what they have to share.
