Because you are breast feeding, I would abstain from the castor oil packs.
It does get thru to the milk, everything we inject thru the mouth or the pores does.

Hello there. I have been using castor oil packs off and on for years. I have no real health issues, but if i have a stiff neck from sleeping wrong, i sleep with a castor oil pack, and wake up feeling great. It also causes me to sleep deeper. My question is about breastfeeding. I am still nursing my 10 month old daughter, but i have blocked ducts in my left breast. I would love to do a castor oil pack on it, but the internet has conflicting information on this. Can you shed any light on whether it is safe for me to use it or not? Thanks!

Are you offering any trainings in 2012? I am intending on being in New Zealand between Oct 01- 20 Nov 2012, also on the medicine journey with Mukee.

Had a visit today here in Knoxville,and after their was the mother had said something to me,and to email her for more clarity .So please if I could get that by email or any other way I would have a better understanding.thank you all ,Daphane Merriman
